Together, Caleb & Cassidy Thorne have created an environment for golfers and non-golfers to come and enjoy some upscaled casual food, tasty cocktails, and wide selection of local beer & wine. Cassidy is a Salida area native and also co-owns Pampered Soul MedSpa. Caleb comes from the heart of Southern California where he specialized in opening and operating restaurants across the US.
We know it’s important to source locally and we believe in the products we bring in. We love Elevation Beer Co. We rotate our selection to offer their newest seasonals. They are on tap every day!

In 1926 under the administration of 30th president of the United States, Calvin Coolidge, Salida Golf course came to fruition.
